Recording artists Ashford and Simpson are the latest performers to issue bonds that will be paid back with future royalties. The husband-and-wife team could see an immediate $25 million. They are working with David Pullman, who created asset-backed bonds of intellectual property with a groundbreaking $55 million bond deal for David Bowie last year.
