Now They Both Feel Good

Papa's got a brand new moneybag.  For a concert last night in New York, James Brown, the Godfather of Soul, had plans to welcome on stage David Pullman, whose Pullman Group investment firm raised about $30 million  for Mr. Brown by issuing bonds based on future royalties.  Besides becoming the the Underwriter of Soul, Mr. Pullman has sold bonds for David Bowie and Ashford & Simpson.
